Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period for each item.
Before shipping before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
We do not manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. Be aware that your order may become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we are not able to issue either a return or exchange.
You are able to return an item when it's unopened and still in the same condition as the day you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
